PRICES
The prices indicated are valid for Italy and are VAT included. Due to seasonal variations of some products or to any errors and / or omissions, prices may change without notice. Therefore, please check the prices on the invoice.

DELIVERY
Shipping by courier is free throughout Italy for orders over € 40.00 including VAT. For smaller orders, a freight contribution will be requested, calculated as follows:
In Italy:
€6.00 + VAT for orders under €40.00 including VAT
Complimentary for orders over €40.00 including VAT
For shipments abroad, the delivery costs are displayed (in Euros and inclusive of VAT) before order confirmation.
Delivery is scheduled at the entrance to the indicated address. Delivery to the floor, garage or cellars is not foreseen unless at the discretion of the courier upon delivery.
For the month of December, due to the concomitance of the olive harvest season, the Immaculate Conception and Christmas holidays, it is advisable to place orders by November in order not to incur delivery delays by couriers.
PAYMENT
The Customer can pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs through PayPal and bank transfer.
PAYPAL
Once the order has been confirmed, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal site where he can make the payment using his account, a card (including prepaid) or in any case according to the methods accepted by PayPal and in compliance with the relevant conditions.
BANK TRANSFER
Payment by bank transfer is displayed in the payment options at the checkout only in such cases. The Customer must make the transfer within 3 days from the date of the order for orders relating to Products. In the event that payment does not occur within 3 days, the order will be canceled.

BILLING
Customers who require an invoice must apply for it by entering the VAT number and the SDI CODE or PEC in their registration data or in the cart notes field.
RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
The delivered goods are understood to be the property of Il Bordone Srl until the invoice has been paid.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
It is advisable to carefully check the goods before collection, immediately reporting to the courier any shortages or breakages which must be indicated on the delivery document. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted unless indicated on the transport document. Any returns must be sent to us, upon our authorization, carriage paid and accompanied by a return declaration. We do not accept returns of goods that have expired or are close to expiry.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer, pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 N ° 206 and subsequent amendments, has the right to withdraw from the contract and proceed with the return of the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt, notifying Il Bordone Srl by writing to Il Bordone Srl, Via Rocco Pirri, 1 - 96017 Noto (SR), or by writing to info@ilbordonesrl.it.
The returned goods must be intact and including the packaging with which it was delivered.
Il Bordone will refund the amount paid within 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal by the customer, including any transport costs charged for delivery. The transport costs for the return of the goods are charged to the customer.
PROTECTION OF MINORS
Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to register and place orders via our online shop.
