The Data Controller adopts the appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. The processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to non-EU countries; however, it reserves the right to use cloud services and in this case the service providers will be selected from among those who provide adequate guarantees, as required by art. 46 GDPR 2016/679.

How long we keep the information
The Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected. When the treatment is based on the User's consent, the Owner can keep the Personal Data for longer until said consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Data Controller may be obliged to keep Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiry of this term, the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

5 – RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

You have the right to access data concerning you at any time, pursuant to articles 15-22 GDPR. In particular, you may request the rectification, cancellation, limitation of the processing of the data in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the GDPR, the revocation of the consent given pursuant to art. 7 of the GDPR, to obtain the portability of data concerning you in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the GDPR, as well as lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority pursuant to article 77 of the GDPR (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data). You can formulate a request for opposition to the processing of data pursuant to article 21 of the GDPR in which to give evidence of the reasons justifying the opposition: the Data Controller reserves the right to evaluate your request, which would not be accepted in the event of the existence of binding legitimate reasons for proceed to the processing that prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms. Requests must be sent in writing to the Data Controller at the addresses indicated above.
